The young lady on the front who is serving us is no good! her customer service is dead. Not friendly at all and not welling to serve. She shouldBe working in funeral instead than selling food!

Can't complain about the bubble tea it's delicious here however the last 3 times we've gone there they are shut early what's the point of opening hours if they shut when they feel like it

Out on a hot day in Colchester, on way back to car we thought we would get a drink - never had bubble tea before so no idea what to expect... firstly, was slightly unsure what to order, there is loads of choice... we opted for some fruit teas. There seemed to be a bit of a shortage on some of the flavours and bubble flavours, but we took the recommendation of the person serving us. Had apple with strawberry bubbles and a strawberry with strawberry bubbles. Kids loved the strawberry one and were less keen on the apple. I found both quite refreshing but wasn't as keen on the actual bubbles! If needing to quench first would certainly consider again, although a large drink will set you back close to a fiver...

Love this place and their bubble tea tastes amazing, the staffs are always great with helping me out choosing my drink. Unfortunately, no place to have a seat and enjoy your drink, u might have to find some place around in the town to sit and enjoy your drink. But always a great choice for on the go drinks.

We had a Mango and Lychee Bubble Tea which was very nice and quick service. There is no seating so geared for take away. Probably the best in Colchester so I recommend going here for your authentic bubble tea fix

I love Mooboo bubble tea bar! It's the best place to get a refreshing and delicious drink. The staff are friendly and helpful, and they always make my order just the way I like it. They have a wide variety of flavors and toppings to choose from, and the prices are reasonable. The bubble tea is creamy and smooth, and the bubbles are chewy and satisfying. I always feel happy and energized after drinking a Mooboo bubble tea. It's the perfect treat for any occasion. I highly recommend Mooboo bubble tea bar to anyone who loves bubble tea or wants to try something new.

The drinks are ideal and are unlike any other Boba restaurant or takeaway. Good customer service as well as good staff management all in all. Very respectful and get the job done.

The drinks were lovely. The service however was appalling. The lady behind the counter barely acknowledged we were there, no politeness or pleasantries. It almost felt like us being there was an inconvenience to her. Which is probably was as she was having a very long in-depth conversation on the phone with what sounded like a family member. I do not think this is very professional and obviously effected the length of time it took for her to make our drinks.
