I've been to the Hatfield workshop twice now, once for repairs and again for upgrades, and these guys are awesome. Really helpful over the phone and email. They seem like genuine Mac enthusiasts, and are always happy to give advice. They won't try to rip you off or baffle you with computer jargon; just an efficient, friendly service. 5 stars!

WOW!!! George is a complete life-saver. Super impressive in every way and they're the nicest people you could hope to come across. Thanks for sorting my Mac and allowing me to work again! Fantastic customer service! Myles and George are professional, friendly and courteous. Really helpful and reliable. Answered or returned calls and messages quickly. My screen needed to be replaced on my MacBook. I dropped my MacBook off on a Friday lunchtime - I was nervous about just handing it over I'll admit as it all seemed very casual but shouldn’t have worried at all ! I was given a time frame of just under a week for the repair to be completed because of Covid, however I was delighted when George called me on Monday evening to let me know that I could collect my MacBook on Tuesday !Collected my MacBook today and paid using online bank transfer - again all Covid secure. Very happy with the repair and here I am able to type up a review!I recommend this company for repairs and I'll be taking another MacBook in for a repair again soon ! Thank you George and Myles !

Last week I rang up and spoke to George at the Hatfield branch to discuss how my Mac would not turn onI have to say the service I received was second to none! He reassured me that they would do the best they could and explained what could be wrong with my mac, keeping me well informed.I took the Mac to the area of business lunchtime Wednesday and it was ready lunchtime Thursday. Fantastic service was received and he also spoke to me about backing up my Mac and told me to call him anytime if I needed any help.Brilliant service thank you for setting my mind at ease and quick service. Thanks again I will be recommending your service to my other Mac friends.

What can I say...5 star's truly aren't enough for these guys. Where do I start? AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING - I wish all companies such as these guys could operate in the same manner. Extremely professional, friendly and to top it all of exceed my expectations in more words than one. I bought my laptop from them 2 or 3 years ago and even then they gave me more for my money. Literally had a service from them two days ago and received my laptop to looking and feeling as if it was brand new!! New Laptop cover, internal upgrades, software upgrades and a deep clean of the laptop as a whole. Please do not hesitate when looking for a genuine and reliable company. They have over 100 5 star reviews for a reason. The fact that I have taken my time to write this extensive review should speak volumes to you anyone considering their services. Really good service from Miles & George. Friendly, helpful, fast & accomodating. A refreshing change after I'd just had the worst 'customer service' experience I'd ever had with an operator called BabzMacServices. I was £500 out of pocket from that awful experience & desperately needed a new computer. I found Just Fix Mac via Google search & George & Miles diagnosed for free, then helped me get a replacement for what I'd been missold - a faulty computer. And it comes with a 3 month warranty.Will definitely use again. Thank you guys. You restored a little faith in the computer buying experience.

Amazing service! Needed my ssd replaced and Apple Genius Bar wanted to charge me a fortune. But these guys were really friendly, fitted me in the next day for a very reasonable price and explained all my options. Offered to try to recover my data for free, and also included a full service and internal clean! Would absolutely use again and recommend to anyone.

Fantastic service! Just had our Mac repaired by JFM and am so impressed. Phoned and left a message and Myles returned my call straightaway. I took the Mac into their office, George kindly got it out of the car for me. Myles determined the problem and a couple of days later it was ready for collection (I could of had it within the day if I wanted!). Went to collect, paid and Myles put it in the car for me. Excellent service. Accurately diagnosed the problems with my sick MacBook Pro and fixed them within 24 hours. The upgrade to the hard drive and memory and the software problems they sorted out means that I now have a machine working faster and better than any time since I bought it 4 years ago.I thoroughly recommend them.

Absolutely incredible customer service. I was completely bowled over by the kindness and generosity of the men who run this small but wonderful company. They were in no way patronising to a completely new Mac user and made an effort to be personable and to help me understand what they were doing. At no point did I feel pressured to make additional purchases and we came to the best agreement to fix my Mac. Couldn't recommend these guys highly enough.
