Excellent. Customer service, take up and removal of old carpets, fitting of superior quality carpets and underlay was second to none. Even moved all bedroom furniture for me. All I had to do was choose my carpets and they did all the rest. Highly recommend. Thank you so much!

Friendly, efficient and reliable. Good range of stock at shop. They moved furniture, fitted two carpets in an hour and then tidied up. Would be happy to use them again.

Fantastic service, friendly quick and efficient. Malcolm and his team were utterly professional and laid the carpet in both rooms in under two hours as well as moving all the furniture for us. Terribly impressed will definitely use them again and would highly recommend.

The fitter had No idea what he was Doing, they offer very little in regard of Expertise, fine if you want Mediocre Service and Extremely Poor Fitting.

I love supporting local businesses especially when their customer care far exceeds that of larger companies. Malcolm and his daughter Melissa have been an absolute delight to do business with. They are very accommodating, helpful and reasonably priced. The installation was carried out professionally to a high standard and am really pleased. I have no hesitation in recommending The Little Carpet Shop.
