Helpful union. No issues. Helped me with a few issues. In regards to office closures, well commute to work! Some of us travel 50 miles a day! I welcome the move to Glasgow

This union has just betrayed a good proportion of its members by allowing terms and conditions fought and won over years to be run over roughshod by management.They have given away employees rights for an extremely shoddy pay deal. Do not join this union, they will not protect your rights.

Do not join if you want to be protected, this union has just agreed for its long serving members to lose the contracts they have fought hard to keep.

Very poor experience as a member. Save your cash.

Just sold out so many of its members in a devisive pay deal by trading away long standing contracts and terms & conditions. With 1000s of HMRC members still facing local office closures and a forced move to Regional Centres, this union have also have allowed the employer to redefine" a key promise in Reasonable Daily Travel which has stood at 1 hour for the past 6 years.《The ending of the current definition of "reasonable daily travel" of an hour's travel time; by a broader test of reasonableness》*Betrayed

Helpful in my workplace - I am happy to support for them to negotiate big issues with management and help workers in small matters.

I've been a member off and on for the last 20 years and I've only had to contact them once. The rep in my office advised that there was no help they could provide me to assist in dealing with bullying and harassment from a mentally unstable manager. His advice was for me to either leave, or tackle it head on and prepare for victimisation and such intense harassment, I'll be forced to leave, because the Union is powerless in the organisation to which I work.After all that, he had the cheek to request I spread the word and get more people to join...sure, I'll do just that...
