Bought a VW Polo off these guys 3 weeks ago. Really nice car and in top condition.I did have an oil problem with the car within the first few weeks... However I gave them a call and they repaired it free of charge and returned to me within the day (in a garage).Top service, really nice business. Will definitely have a look when it comes to a new car. No wonder they have been in business for many years. You get a real sense of care and customer satisfaction that they drive for.

Great people to deal with. I bought a lovely car from them just before Christmas and am extremely pleased with it. Bought an 11 year old Kia Sportage a year ago, was concerned in case it might be a money pit but it's started every day, whatever the temperature or weather, it suits all my purposes, bats along the motorway, is fine in slower traffic, hills etc. and just sailed through its MOT first time. Great experience in purchasing my car from Paul at Moulsham Motors. Had a few small issues with the wiper blades and a light about a week after I purchased the car and they rectified it within the hour.The service offered is extremely professional and customer focused. Bill went above and beyond to help me out with an issue that was not included in my warranty and as someone who knows very little about cars it was much appreciated.Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of purchasing a used car to give them a visit.

This is a great business run by honest people, they have sold me a very reliable car for a decent price. The service received was excellent both during the sale and after. Car was MOT and serviced before I picked up, nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend this garage to anyone. There were a couple of issues picked up with the car after I got it home, but they were so minor I fixed them myself, although I have no doubt they could have been rectified by this garage under the warranty if I asked! Thank you for selling me a great car after bad experiences with garages in the past, you have restored my faith!
