surprisingly great service via 111 late at night; prompt call back and support ...

Really impressed with iHeart - needed a GP appointment on a Sunday morning. Call answered within 15 minutes, appointment made for later the same day and doctor very thorough and professional. Walked out with a prescription within a few hours. Superb out of hours service.

Ringing from 4pm for 30 mins. No queue just got to keep ringing. No matter what. Absolutely garbage! No help and no support. NHS is completely knackered and this back up system just doesn't work. SORT IT OUT!!

I’ve been trying to ring since lines opened at 4 for last 25 minutes and just got the same “operators are busy message for the 43 times I’ve consistently hung up and immediately redial. Something needs to be done about NHS when people who don’t abuse the system and only access it when they are actually ill can’t even get an appointment or get through. What is the point in paying NI when I cannot even see a dr or the out of hours service to get a course of antibiotics I need. I can’t spend the full 2 hours the phone lines open sat trying to ring when I’m working. They need to develop a call back system like some GPs have in place to try and eliminate this issue as it looks like it’s a recurring concern over last few recent reviews.

I got down to caller number 1 twice during opening times and they hung up on me.

Trying to phone about my daughters ear infection and.keep getting told they are busy, you close at half 9 in the morning....what help is that to my child.....

First time using the i heart service and was really impressed rang as soon as it opened was seen promptly 2hrs later & given a prescription will definitely use this service again if needed on wkend or bank holiday thank you!!

After trying to get through to my doctors for 3 hours and being told to ring I heart, i finally got to speak to one of their lovely receptionists.She took all my details in a friendly but professional manner. II got a call from a doctor within an hour and a prescription at my local chemist that same evening.Fantastic service and definitely better than my own GP.Thanks I heart and keep up the good work.

Shocking serviceHave to continuously dial to get a chance of talking to anyone otherwise the message fobs you off to 111 or 999
