When I needed help with a broken shutter, Dave was really helpful and came and looked at it quickly even though I know he was snowed under with work. Excellent service and helpful attitude. Highly recommended

The worst customer experience I have had in some time. Empire Doors fitted a number of roller shutter doors for us a few years ago, and we have spent considerable money with them since on maintenance and repairs. We contacted them one morning as one of the doors was stuck open. Spoke to a nice enough gentleman (sorry can’t remember his name), who said that he was out of the area on a job and the rest of the team were on a job where they could not use their mobiles, so to call them and leave a message, which we did, and someone will be down before the end of the day. He warned that it might not be until 7pm. No problem we thought, happy to stay on, but obviously it was essential to get the door closed due to security. Roll on to 4.30pm and I thought I would give them a call to see if there was an ETA. A delightful* man called Dave answered. Explained the situation, and how we had spoken to his colleague earlier that day. We won’t be able to get out today" was his response (despite the sign on the door saying 24hr call out). I explained that I wish we had known this earlier as there is now only 30 minutes of the day left and a door stuck open. He then transcends into a barrage of abuse saying 'Let me tell you' we don’t have a contract with them and he's been working all day without access to a phone. I said I know that

I have been dealing with Empire Industrial Doors for some time and via the company I work for we have ordered many personnel, roller shutter and sectional overhead doors from them. Their prices are fair, the service great and on the rare occassion we require them them to deal with any maintenance or warranty work, they always respond very quickly and courteously. Keep up the good work guys, it's a pleasure doing business with a company like yours.

Very pleased with whole service from email quote, answering my questions on the phone, to survey and then fitting of domestic double roller garage door. Don't be mislead by the ' Industrial' in the title. Dave Bundy and Andy really know their stuff.
