Seemingly fuss free at Morrisons Wetherby, unlike Boston Spa newsagents who didn't even know how to use the scanner tool to bleep the thing, hence the move on to Morrisons in Wetherby BUT BUT BUT !!!!! Notwithstanding its listed on the DPD LOCAL website as a drop off point, it seems only DPD (red vans not blue DPD Local) collect from here, and they refused to take my parcel. In the end, marched back to Morrisons a week later and claimed it back myself. DPD Local, and Morrisons, customer services utterly clueless and indifferent when I tried to point out the admin error so it might, one would have thought, be corrected.
