Difficult to have a worse service. I got the MOT done by them and they failed to register it correctly. Now it is 10 days that I'm calling to get this sorted without any luck. Today I was promised a home collection and no one showed up. Just pure rubbish**** Additional note after the reply:Thanks for your message, but you may have not read correctly my first review: you do not answer to any call I've done (to the number you provided). Two more calls done this morning without success. Using my name you can reach me as you have my details. I can only confirm that the service is definitively below the minimum level.

My 2008 E bought brand new from this dealer broke down just 988miles in due to traction system manufacture error, the car was stuck in P in the middle of the roadand couldn’t be moved for 6hours, peugeot refused to receive the car and told me to wait 2months for the first available slot, it looks like a warranty is worthless when it comes to them.Update to the owner:You don't answer your phone, give me a name i can ask for because i have been trying to reach you for 9 days

There are bunch of Jokers working in Used Car section on the ground floor. My Peugeot 308 valuation was given £6850 on their website so I decided to not go here since I was getting better valuation at many other places. But I received a call from them and they convinced me to drop by in-person inspection of the car for better valuation.These jokers valued it £4500 which was absolutely joke, next day I sold my car at £7850 at a different dealer. Simply wasted my time and energy for some jokers.Only thing good about this place is cleanliness and well designed showroom.

Rubbish service! Compelte lack of respect for my time.I recently booked a test drive of an automatic citreon c3 with a week's notice to take place on a Sunday morning at 10am. I added (as its a Peugeot dealership) a request to also test an automatic 208 which wads in fairness a couple of days later. I arrived on time, parked and waited 10 minutes for the door to be unlocked which was strange as the sales people drove in before me so knew I was there. Once in they had neither vehicle available. Only a manual C3 and no 208 at all. Rubbish

What amazing service! Since April I’ve had no display on the computer just a blue screen. Took it to EMG Croydon only to be given the run around and lied to constantly.The service I received at the west London branch was superb. Zahid was so professional, knowledgeable and welcoming. Car was booked in promptly and I was told what was to be expected moving for. Turns out to just be an update issue and a recall not a part that needs replacing as told by EMG Croydon!I was kept up to date on progress and car was ready to be collected the next day. They even cleaned it inside and out! 10/10! ( EMG Croydon -pay attention. )

Used to provide an excellent service with helpful and efficient staff - these last years things got worse : people care less, dont return phone calls, not so helpful. However, the car park on the first floor is still very convenient, although it is every time even more packed.

Great communication with Deepak gharu at west London Stellantis today. I’ve always chosen to get my vehicle’s from here and they have never disappointed. They’re always great with communication and supporting clients in making sure they have made the right decision. I’d highly recommend visiting as they are all friendly, quick and efficient. Akeel in sales is bloody good at his job! He has a real passion for selling cars and is so informative so you know what you’re getting.P.S - They also have a great tea and coffee station for while you’re waiting.Shanice :)
