Incorrect opening hours, drove all the way there on a Saturday to collect a part as couldn't get hold of anyone on the phone as per usual. Wasted half a day to find the opening hours have been reduced by an hour on Saturdays.

Poor service to say the very least.Took my 6 months old vito to have a door noise fixed they won’t do it. They keep telling me this is expected from a Vito as it is not a v class.I managed to get them to do something, when they finally did, they made it even worse. Now they won’t touch it.They are totally useless.Please avoid!

I recently had my Mercedes Vito van serviced here. It was part of a servicing plan we took out when we initially purchased the van.The staff are very polite and friendly. I can highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a commercial vehicle or have one serviced.A special mention about Ruth, she is a credit to the dealership!

Very pleased with the service from the team at Rygor Oxford. Especially Rachael and Martin in service and Nikki in parts. Had my van in for service and they were able to keep me mobile while mine was off the road. Which I wasn't expecting but they were more than happy to offer. From start to finish it was professional and accommodating. Thanks

I've always used Rygor to maintain our vehicles as the service has been brilliant. Unfortunately it's all changed their. We booked our van in for service to be told it would cost £1200.00 as extra parts were needed, no problem. When we received the vehicle back we headed to Leeds from Oxford fully loaded. During the drive on the M1 the vehicle engine stopped and everything shut off including the power steering. Fortunately the road was a little quiet and I managed to pull over onto the hard shoulder. We had a look underneath the bonnet and realised some of the filters were loose, including the fuel filter. We tightened them and the van started. We finished the job and I contacted Rygor the following day. After they collected the vehicle and inspected it the lady on the phone said there was some damage and it would cost to repair. I explained they were at fault and we were lucky not to have caused an accident, after being put on hold she said they would repair it for free as a good will gesture..... anyway we've received the van back and it still isn't right, the back wheel makes a tingy noise and the engine is very sluggish. I have no faith in Rygor Oxford anymore so will no longer be using them. Stay well clear otherwise you may unfortunately be in my position.. absolutely gutted as I feel this will cost a lot to repair now..

Swore I would never use Rygor Oxford again... Against better judgment I ordered a new van from them and a week after we have closed the deal ( and I am in my new van) they are asking for more money as my px requires more bodywork than they thought..... They valued my px (A 4yo Vito supplied by them new to me) from dirty pictures of the van despite me offering to clean it or bring it in. Then my experience with them on my last van supplied new was wholly unprofessional too with them initially supplying the incorrect vehicle! Then you start with the service centre which is just the most frustrating place with multi visits due to incompetence.... Hmmm why did I do it?? ( Lovely van is why) Just a shame Rygor don't seem to be able to get there game together.

Took my van to this garage for an airbag recall. these people are absolutely appalling broke the radio steering wheel is not put on straight and the horn doesn’t work now, And they call themselves technicians what a joke.

I would leave zero stars if I could.I urge anyone who reads this to take their van elsewhere, avoid Rygor Oxford at all costs, they are nothing short of appallingSit down, grab a cuppa, this might take a few minutes to read!Firstly let me talk about the service I had performed prior to going in to have the issue with the doors diagnosed.I took my van in for a service, they provided me with one of their loan vans. Collected my van when it was complete and paid for the routine service. No real issues there. Nothing to complain aboutWhen I went in to have my creaking & rattling sliding doors diagnosed some months later, they informed me that the tracker on their loan van showed me breaking the speed limit & if I was to doit again, I would not be allowed a loan van.Maybe I did break the speed limit, I don’t know, but the issue here is that the business had failed to inform me that the van was being tracked, which they have a duty to inform the user of the vehicle it is being tracked. Not a massive issue, but I think it helps to set the tone of how unprofessional they are.Now we’ve got that bit out of the way, let’s move onDropped my van into them & jumped into their loan van that I now knew to be tracked!I get a call from them later in the day to say they have had a look at the passenger side sliding door, they can’t fix it, it needs to go to a body shop. Odd I thought, I said isn’t it just adjustment required on the keep/latch as you can see the door isn’t sitting fully flush.I was told “no it’s not, it’s impossible for it to move”, yes you read that right. A door latch that is secured by bolts, which is also designed to have adjustment up down left & right by about 20mm is apparently impossible to move on its own, go figure.They then went onto to say it’s been tampered with, I asked how has it been tampered with, what makes you say it’s been tampered with. They just kept referring to the latch that had moved & it was impossible for it to move unless someone had tampered with it. I explained that a part which is designed to have so much adjustment in it, secured by bolts, has every chance of moving naturally.Ordinarily for to metal object to have zero chance of moving, you would weld them together, but Rygor think that a component that is designed to have adjustment has zero chance of moving!Anyway, they refused to do anything about it saying it wouldn’t be covered under warranty because it’s been tampered with.I explained I’d had the van since new, and no one could have tampered with it. Besides why would I let anyone tamper with it when the van is under warranty. I asked, had they checked paint depths to see if the paint was original if they thought it had been tampered with, to which I was informed they had, & the readings showed the paint to be original, yet they still stood by the fact it had been tampered with. No evidence to back up their claim & opinion of it being tampered with & purely been formed on a “techs” opinion without any supporting evidence. ShockingI said it’s a known issue, have you contacted Mercedes to ask if it would be covered under warranty. The answer to that was, no they haven’t contacted Mercedes & they won’t be contacting Mercedes to ask for authorisation to repair under warranty because “we know they won’t authorise it”Nice of them to make assumptions right?I go on to ask what about the drivers side sliding door, have you looked at that because that also rattles and creaks but not as bad as the passenger sideI collect the van later that day, to be told they have adjusted the drivers side door but won’t door anything about the passenger side. Madness right? They both have the same issue!As soon as I pull out the car park I can still hear the drivers side door rattling & creaking!Running out of characters so can’t go into all the detail!Rachel had no shame in clearly lying through her teethIssue was fixed by Vertu Mercedes at Aylesbury under warranty. Latch adjusted & pins replaced on both doors. Doors are now silentAvoid Rygor like the plague!

I've had problems with my van from day one and it's now been nearly two years since owning it.The one thing I can credit them for is to always be willing to look at the van although they can't fix the problem I feel
