Absolutely awful service they charge my grandmother £60 a year and at least 50% of her deliveries are late, missing an item or do not even turn up. She has life threatening conditions and she is out of meds today, I have just called them 128 times and the phone line is just engaged. They have not called us to update us on her tablets. It’s been days now. Have they just turned their phones off ? So they don’t have to addresses the issues and upset they are causing people ?!?

Absolutely an appalling Pharmacy, spoke to someone on the phone about a prescription put me on hold & forgot about me then couldn’t call them as they never put the phone down so constantly engaged. Trying to speak to someone on the phone is a joke

Waited 2 days for prescription to be ready. Had a call to come in to pick up before 4pm. Arrived at 3pm but there was no pharmacist, so even though they had it ready, they couldn't hand it out to me. There was a queue outside and the staff were rude. They handed the prescription back and said to go elsewhere. Not open again til after jubilee Bank Holiday. Extremely poor service.

Awful pharmacy, used to be ok, now the staff are unhelpful and can leave you waiting for too long!They've now changed the opening hours so I have no chance to pick a prescription up before or after work, they even close at lunchtime (when a lot of customers have the chance to pick up)!

Great service from all the staff there. Today i had a great consultation with pharmacist Tamara. Her Health communication is great, she makes the customers feel so heard and welcome and at ease and allows as many questions as they need. Highly recommend.

Service is very poor, it needs to improve. When medication is not there it takes them week or more to get to pharmacy but isn’t the case elsewhere!
