Thanks once again for airport transfers -Excellent Service

The service promised was completely different to what was delivered. I would NOT recommend the services from this company to anyone. Gary was rude, threatening and hung up on me and then blocked my calls. He thinks its acceptable to Charge £500 for an exclusive timed drop off and collection to Cambridge from Plymouth. The poor driver did over 700miles round trip. I was concerned for my parents welfare as the poor driver must have been mentally exhausted driving that distance without any sleep. It also transpires the driver did a Bristol drop off along the way! That's not exclusive and the reason the collection was so late. An AM collection, actually happened at 4pm. Before Gary hung up on me! He told me he was going to tell the driver to turn around and leave my parents stranded. They had paid the company the full balance! Completely unacceptable behaviour. I look forward to hearing your reply Gary. I can post the contract on here stipulating an AM collection as proof!NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!! Atrocious behaviour, attitude and manners. Thankfully the driver was a delightfullly polite man who I think was totally embarrassed of his ignorant boss!

Fantastic service, friendly and knowledgeable! Even took a small detour due to closed motorway and probably saved us an hour on the way home!Courteous and friendly.Highly recommend!
