had no heat in the radiators or hot water. Called ELPH at about 11am to arrange a visit. They arrived at about 1230, inspected the system for about 30 minutes, found the problem, went off and bought the replacement part, returned/installed and fired up the system by 3pm. First class service, friendly people, I highly recommend.
