this agency specifically Sam (recruiter) let the workers downs without notice time. They lie the people just to get their objectives. Don’t work for them.

Absolute jokers. In all the time I have been registered and i have been told my CV was impressive, I've never had a call for work even though I have sent emails to the rather careless Employee Charlotte for work that was in my range of travelling. They dont even have the decency to acknowledge your emails. I would rather go without work now than start for these idiots.

Unprofessional approach as well as witholding hours so I was not paid on time before the Christmas holidays. Originally informed a 10 hour day but was paid 8.5 per day. Not to be trusted in my view. Overall Very unhelpful

Recently had dealing with Joanna from Fusion people. Overall I found the company extremely professional and incredibly informative about opportunities. Joanna especially was extremely helpful.Will most definitely use Fusion People in the future.

Needed a new contract - Fusion found me one really quick. Rate was good too. The girl I dealt with was really nice and seemed to know all about the local market.

When I worked through this company I found they illegally charged me for insurance that I was never offered, that I didn't need and that I certainly didn't want. It was deducted from my pay and I had to phone them to find out why the monies were deducted.When I complained one man insisted that I had to have it because it was the law. This is absolutely false. Furthermore, he said a scaffolder had made a claim for several thousands of pounds of tools that were stolen from his van. This is laughable because scaffolders can usually wear all of their tools around there waist and they are certainly not worth thousands of pounds.Another employee apologised for this and offered to refund the monies in cash. After several days, where I called every day to chase it up, the money was refund in cash. Howeaver, I was subsequently charged again and, therefore, I only ever received a partial refund.The bottom line is they owe me money that they took illegally. First impressions working for these can't say it was the best impression on my first day but a big heads up from my point of view. Not going to complain about the staff personally, they're very polite and professional but doesn't seem to have much clout when it comes to getting the hours you're owed.I'm now taking up my work time on a different job to try and resolve my payment and doesnt it doesnt look the best candidate from an employers point of view (not my fault). At the end of the day I worked for fusion people, and I want my hours put in!!! Also do not work for vinci because as a firm completely usless. These are the outfit I was on site for who were recommended to me by fusion people. Who I'm now trying to retrieve my money from and neither the company or agency are answering my calls or text messsges. Not to mention nobody in management seems to know what they are doing, so when it comes to getting paid keep that in mind if your owed money make sure you get it!! not happy with this outcome.

I have worked with fusion on and off for the past 10 years and have always found them professional and helpful in getting me the right work placement at good rates. well done Joanna Migdzinska and the team!
