Poor. Sent out as third party on behalf of John Lewis to investigate TV issues. Dismissive and later fabricated responses with regards to declining a repair and ability to rectify - that followed an inability to even get in contact with them for the better part of a week. Wouldn't recommend.

What fantastic service! Reported a fault on our TV to John Lewis on Saturday afternoon. They booked an appointment with this company for Tuesday but they rang on the Monday to see if anyone was home as they were able to come sooner.A very pleasant gentleman arrived within a couple of hours, bringing the spare parts necessary for the job, and had the problem solved in half an hour.That’s what I call service!

On Monday 16 th May rang John Lewis as my TV picture was all blue. They saida firm from Waford would ring me. I had a phone call the same day from B&B Radio (Ian) who arranged to check my TV on Tueday 17th. He came checked the TV and told me it needed a new screen. He took the TV and left me another until it was repaired. He rang 2 days later to say he would bring it back the following day Friday 20th. What service - 5 days after ringing JL it was back repaired in my lounge! Thank you for such an excellent service. No wonder JL use them

I would just like to say that B&B TV Repairs Richard and Ian have been extremely quick and efficient in dealing with the sorry case of my Sony TV which suddenly developed a serious screen problem. We hope to get a replacement under the John Lewis 5 year Guarantee.
