Kept me up to date with all developments throughout.The job was carried out with care and quality. It’s clear that the team strive for the best quality job. Our screed (anhydrite) has been down nearly two weeks and all looks good. Our plastered and painted walls are free of splashes of screed, a tribute to the care taken, care which began long before the job was done. Our site access is awkward and Dave Washbrook paid an early reconnaissance visit and took a number of steps, working with the screed suppliers to make sure an appropriate vehicle was used so all went smoothly on the day. Dave and Tony did the work, arriving at the promised time and operating as a tight team. Dave was also helpful and responsive beforehand in answering my queries by email. In summary, I received the premium service I'd hoped for and am happy with my choice.

I had my new extension floor screeded by Dave and Tony. They turned up on time as promised, completed job and cleaned up afterwards. Floor looks great and perfectly level. Highly recommended

Due to an error made at the beginning of our house re-build the initial slab was 50mm too high.Dave and team came to the address and took the time to discuss the options available and got a laser level out and checked everything in the room to see about heights that would work.Other companies have come out and used a tape measure and have not been bothered. This is not the quality of service that I have had from Dave and his team. They have been incredibly helpful and supportive throughout this mad couple of stressful weeks trying to get the rear extension slab sorted.The morning of the job they arrived early and helped me finish off the insulation and sheeting over in prep for the screed and then they laid the screed to perfection.Dave also advised me to sheet over the open windows and doors before coming, giving me a head start as the weather was shocking and we did not want the impeccable screed flooring to get damaged.All in all I am very grateful to have stumbled across floor screeding solutions. I said to my wife that after speaking with Dave the first time that I would be more than happy to use them to do they job as they sounded like they cared about my crisis not just telling me what I wanted to hear.5* company you will not be disappointed.Joe

Floor screeding to garage floor.Highly recommended. The whole process from receiving the quote to the finished floor was made simple and easy.This work was to level up the existing garage floor to floor level of kitchen (approx 13 square meters, depth of 60mm). The work was carried out in a professional manner from start to finish. Damp proof membrane had been positioned before the work (good advice received from Dave). Both gentlemen took care in the accuracy of their work, ensuring correct levels throughout and using the best consistency in screed mix.Care was taken in keeping the area clean and at the end of the process, you would not notice that work had been undertaken to the property (except of course the finished floor).Thank you so much.
