We engaged Jamie Craven as our agent from a selection of local agents who had been contacted by us. We listed a property we had for sale with Jamie because of his professional and friendly approach. This was a bereavement sale and we needed to know that the person we chose would be appreciative of our needs during a difficult time. We were kept informed every step of the way and could not have asked for a better service. We would definitely recommend Jamie and Connells and would use again if we ever decide to sell our own house.

Great estate agents especially Sam the branch manager he was amazing and really honest with me throughout the process. Amazing customer service from a really dedicated team. All personable people who helped me through my first flat purchase with advice and support and despite some delays which had been unavoidable the process was never difficult. Very very disappointing service. The most unprofessional company ever. They called us for a viewing and let us hanging and we literally waited for about 20 min outside the property and they didn’t even call to inform that the property was out. We had to call them so many time. So unprofessional and rude … learn how to work please, if there is something do let people know, we aren’t jobless people, to keep us waiting like this in heat. Be considerate of people. We travel so far and they didn’t even apologize. You guys definitely need to be given proper training. So unethical, you guys don’t even deserve 1 star.

Shannon was very instrumental in helping us find the perfect accommodation for us and our little one. She was very meticulous and professional. She took time to understand our requirements and budgets. And we never felt pressured or rushed. We weren't just a client or a target. They were genuinely interested in helping us find the best accommodation we could afford. The communication was great, documentation was easy and not stressful at all, and all preparations leading up to the move was professionally conducted. Both Shannon and Stuart made sure everything was easy for us, and we are very grateful to both of them. Overall, we had a great experience at Connells, they have amazing staff, excellent customer service, and so we would highly recommend them.
