I have previously used kuoni in the past and had a great experience so went back to the Chelmsford store to enquire about a South Africa trip. Stacey was so friendly , knowledgeable and made me feel really excited about booking this trip after a chat about what I would like to do whilst in South Africa, I was pleasantly surprised that they can even book local tours for you as well as amazing hotels so it’s comforting to know I do not need to do anything else and just enjoy my holiday. Would definitely return for future bookings !

Kuoni Chelmsford were amazing from start to finish. It felt like a truly personal experience, with Laura creating lots of itinerary options for different destinations in order for us to choose the perfect honeymoon location. Laura even sent us a wedding card when we got married! We would often pop into the store with questions ahead of our honeymoon, nothing was too much for Laura and she was always on hand if we needed anything. We had the best holiday and would highly recommend Kuoni for booking a special holiday. We will definitely be booking with them again, thank you for everything.

Fantastic experience! Laura was superb at listening to what we wanted to do for our honeymoon and tailoring something bespoke to us. Really friendly, super professional, just all round beat expectations! Kuoni very lucky to have someone so thoughtful and considered!!

My fiancé and I booked our Honeymoon with Stacey Warley at Kuoni in John Lewis, Chelmsford and we couldn't recommend doing this enough! After scrolling through many websites and apps, we were overwhelmed with choice so decided to pop into store in the hope they could help us. Stacey was able to quickly support us and look into our options. We felt incredibly welcomed by Stacey and we were able to book the most amazing honeymoon to Hurghada, Egypt, within the budget we wanted to spend. And without Stacey we likely wouldn't have got the holiday we have. For anyone struggling to book a Honeymoon or Holiday, I would highly recommend going into store and seeing what the team can do for you. We even got a complimentary glass of champagne to celebrate! Just to say, I have always booked my Holidays through Kuoni in the last 20+ years. I have never experienced any problems with them and they are always at hand to help in person or via phone. So pleased to find Kuoni finally on my doorstep within John Lewis. I have recently booked and changed my mind several times no doubt made a nuisance of myself ! Very patient and I valued the knowledge & reassurance of the Rep.

Laura Blakesley is fantastic! From day 1, Laura was so kind and energetic! Laura really took the time to get to know us and what we wanted out of our holiday. Great help arranging the holidays we’ve wanted. Kuoni holidays cost a bit more but we’ve always found we’ve had great experiences so it’s been value for money for us. Also, two holidays that were disrupted because of lockdowns were handled really well and we didn’t lose out (unlike stories I’ve heard from friends booking flights/ hotels direct or using other holiday agents) therefore we trust Kuoni through these uncertain times and love the higher end holidays they provide.

I used Stacey at Kuoni to book a stag holiday to Benidorm, booking a large party of 16 seemed a bit daunting but Stacey took care of everything for me. After a few emails and a half hour visit to the store I was all booked up. Everything was made nice and clear and the whole process was stress free. Now I can get onto planning the fun stuff.

An amazing experience working with Jamie to design our honeymoon. She was extremely helpful in helping us decide on her destination, and then planning our trip to Bali.The experience in Kuoni is very welcoming, and nothing is too much to ask for. We are very excited for our honeymoon.
