Had a problem with my laptop and had a great experience with computer techs. Many positives. Here are a few:1. Very polite customer service.2. Receipt when laptop was checked in.3. Speedy response: Call back within an hour or two detailing the problem with reasonable quote and estimated date of repair. Luckily they were able to repair the laptop sooner and within a few hours I received a call saying it was fixed and ready for collection.4. 28 day warrantyHighly recommend

Worst customer service ever, the staff are so rude and have very poor customer service. The items are all cheap items but they sell it at high prices, ALL THEIR ITEMS ARE FAKE AND THEY GET IT FROM ALIBABA. The items break easily. They are the worst place I’ve ever been to. The guy with the sore on his lip is the rudest person, He swears at customers. Disgusting behaviour.
