The service was awesome. I really appreciate the level of professionalism that is shown. Very clean and tidy. The lady at the front is knowledgeable and happy to help. Would recommend to all.

Terrible! Disgusting!!!!They treat carelessly if you make any observations or dislike anything….They don’t listen to the customer!!!!Essentially no customer service! One employee says one thing then the other (later when picking up) says something else. One promises the world and misguide you and the other has no manners whatsoever.The service was a double patch in between the legs of my suit.Where on earth you would ask for only one side to be done (patched) as it is an area of friction and the other side was already damaged.Yes, they overcharge for one side and did not do the other side. Guess what? It ripped Same day.Yet I tried to ask it so be done and one guy said there is no need and if it rips apart, bring it we will fix it. Meaning: don’t fox it now let it rip and we fox it for you to off set our mistake.The other gentleman, if I can call him a gentleman, after I repeat the above: he said: £12.5. I said, the other employee guaranteed me an extra service in this. He raised his voice: it was never for free!Ridiculous!!!! Disgusting!!!!!

Do yourself a favour and do not use these tailors, If I could rate lower than 1 star I would. Absolutely shocking service and job.

I went to Qwicka (Colindale) to get a quote for my wedding dress straps and dress to be shortened. I came into the store and I was greeted by Tracy, she seemed friendly and nice. She looked at my dress and provided me with a quote of £65 which seemed reasonable. I requested that she looked at the dress properly and explained there are quite a lot of layers as I did not want her to get my hopes up with the price. She Facetime the tailor (Jam) who said it would be best if I come in for a fitting. The fitting was organised for the following week Monday at 7pm. My mother in law asked if Tracy was the manager and she responded I manage the store". Monday came so I called Qwicka to confirm my appointment

I've taken two items in for alterations and both times came out disappointed. The first time I wanted a loose button fixed and a new button hole made and picked it up with only the button fixed (£7). Was told I should send it back and pay again for the button hole. Next was a pair of trousers to be altered (£14) and they were fine at pinned length but collected them and they hadn't taken enough off. They refused to make it right. Never again!

Fantastic dry-cleaner! Quick and reliable. It saved our wedding by pressing my suit and washing and pressing my shirt in only a few hours. I highly recommend everyone to use this dry cleaner!

The garment care is impeccable, the customer service is excellent. I once had the MD himself hand deliver a full load of my cloths to my doorstep and ask me to drop by and pay later.Qwicka is my go to place for garment if I want it fast and professionally done

I think it is always disappointing when prices aren't on the window and no price list is available for me to see. I was quoted around £7 for a jacket and £11 minimum for a suit. The gentleman inside was friendly enough.

VERY BAD SERVICE DO NOT USE .I received a call informing me that my two suits had been stolen. A two piece high wool blend in a birds eye cut .And a three piece Egyptian cotton suit. The man informed me about the theft and told me to replace the suits and he would reimburse me ...I went and found the two replacement suits. But when I asked to be compensated he refused. I have since received some of the cost but they still refused to pay the full cost of replacing the two suits..I would highly recommend NOT USING THIS COMPANY
