Well stocked and plenty of staff on hand. Tills are still too slow to check and get out the door. If I have 2 trolleys I would have to empty one in the car and come back in through the front entrance. Staff could at least help rather then look at you.

I was disgusted with a lady who was setting up display tables last week with short hair, as I asked her where I could find antibacterial spray and she passed wind before me and apologised. I had to walk away. Unacceptable behaviour

Been a customer at bookers Watford for few years. Lovely service in store all their staff are really pleasant to deal with and prices are With regards to one of the reviews below about one particular member called Lucy she is amazing but obviously customers always right and unfortunately staff have to deal with all kinds.Be kind to all serving staff they all Work very hard.

I've never had a bad experience with Bookers especially the Watford branch, always plenty of parking and trollies, they are always very well stocked and the staff are friendly, very welcoming and know their products. Great place..
