Saw their adverts on Facebook, I message them to ask about their 1.8m 100mm round posts.I wanted 40. They said they had plenty in stock..I rang the wood yard the day before I set off to pick up the posts again I was told plenty in stock.I drove 26 miles on a Saturday morning only to be told by a bloke in the yard that they don't have any of that size.He said quite a few people asked about the very same posts but the office people kept telling them to sell them the 75mm at 1.4.. as they are practically the same size.I tried to explain at the cash desk...nobody was intereted.Wasted time, diesel and effort.

Really good place to get off cuts from. I bought a load of pallet slats to mend my fence with.The guys advised me on the best way to do it and lent me their tape measure.I will definitely be heading back in 2 weeks so I can tackle rebuilding our back step. Thanks for all your help

Popped in looking for reclaimed/offcut wood to complete a project on a small budget. Staff were so helpful in finding what I needed & offering advice. They cut the wood to size & carried it to my car - nothing was too much trouble. And it was a bargain! Would definitely recommend.
