Started at Sharpenhoe Clappers carpark and completed a 10 mile circular route. Met very few people and stopped for a well deserved drink in The Old Sun Inn. If you don't have a map. there are plenty of markers and signs.

Great place for a stroll. Wide vision makes the magnificent natural landscape more delightful. But mind the following things: the car park is small; the chalk stone will draw new pants for you; “soft stones” inside the grasses. HaHa.

Vast area of woodland and walking trails set in the stunning Bedfordshire countryside. Plenty of different trails to walk or run and lots of rope swings in the trees for small people to enjoy. The area is remarkably clean too which is always nice to see, dog owners obviously clean up after their animals. Some of the trails do have steep paths so may not be suitable for all.

Lovely outdoor area with great views and walking paths. National trust car park at the top of the hill between Sharpenhoe and Streatly. Also good start for MTB ride along the bridleway.

A stunning place to explore, there are lots of paths that take you to see lovely views. Definitely best time to visit is on a cold frosty morning! The Icknield Way runs through linking Sundon Hills and Streatley.

Lovely place to do some autumn photography. Good for walking, dogs etc as well. Reasonably steap climb to the top.

Beautiful, scenic place but I really feel like there should be some mention somewhere about how steep some of the climbs are. We walked about 2.5 miles and encountered 2, very long, VERY steep and uneven sets of steps. Not sure if there are other walks that are better but I wouldn't go if you have any mobility or cardiac/respiratory conditions.

Absolutely beautiful. The ideal word is serene and definitely a deal breaker if you want to escape from reality for a bit. Views are breath taking and the hike is nice you just need to wear your best walking shoes!
