IN'n'OUT Autocentres Liverpool

I've been a customer for ten years but when I got my MOT and a small repair fixed (it took four hours because they didn't have the part when I had booked two weeks earlier), I was told it was £190 but I was quoted by the same guy £110. I questioned it and they said it was an error on their part. Fast forward to yesterday and I went to the Speke garage as my water tank had a severe leak. The guy at reception opened the bonnet, took a quick look and said I needed a new water tank. He quoted £205. I went to another garage and they looked my car properly for over 45 minutes, explained in great detail it was not the tank but something linked to the water tank. They fixed it for £60!!!! I said In and Out also told me I needed a new exhaust but the mechanic took a look and said it just needs welding, no need for great expense. As a female driver, I had always trusted In and Out but after the last two experiences, they have lost a loyal customer because I don't like being ripped off. I don't trust this company-BEWARE!

The staff was very nice. Went for RAC health check. Filled my brake fluid at no cost.

One quick phone call and I was booked in the next day. Seen super quick and the car was ready to go in 90 minutes with new break discs and pads at such a reasonable cost. Great service and will use again!

Amazing service as always from In ‘n Out. Booked an appointment for the same week I enquired and all work was carried out within a few hours, very quickly considering how much I had booked in for! Thank you to everyone there and to Joe for booking me in and sorting my service out on the day!

Outstanding. I had a free car health check from the RAC, and although I don't live in the area it was well worth the journey. I'm usually a bit anxious about bringing my car to a new garage as I've experienced a lot of racism from local mechanics who also try to rip me off. I really want to thank Paul the manager, for his 1st class customer service. He was welcoming, polite, and professional, and I could not ask for more.

great super efficient service. Booked MOT through the AA website. clear communication and was able to change the appointment to another day as I made a mistake at booking. arrived there and it's a big garage clean and professional. currently waiting for the MOT check to finish in the lovely cafe/restaurant next door with very fast Wi-Fi and great costumer service (plus great little English breakfast)

I booked my car in through RAC warranty for repairs on the seatbelt tensioners and the air conditioning unit. When I arrived, then gentleman on the desk was very helpful and got the car checked in and I handed over the keys to them. I was told they would call when they were finished with the car. Half an hour before closing time I had to call them to see what was happening with my car. They said they wouldn’t be able to repair the seatbelts themselves and that the car would have to go to the manufacture's garage to get them repaired. I then asked about the AC. They said ‘they didn’t get time to look at it’. Why book the car in when you don’t have time to fix it? Poor service. Not recommended.

Needed Brake Pads replaced and due to work commitments was struggling with availability with every garage/mechanic fully booked up with appointments at least 4-5 days down the line. Explained this to Joe and although they were fully booked up he managed to squeeze me in the same day. Joe ordered parts same day and they arrived within the hour and the job was done within the hour. Excellent job and excellent customer service from Joe. Highly recommend. Thanks again.

Amazing service from the people at in ’n out. They fixed the broken drive shaft on my car for a brilliant price - and super quickly in time for me to take my young daughter out on her birthday. Thanks so much to them all and especially Joe who made it all possible.
