Love Clarks itself but a specific lady in here was very uninterested in helping I went back a second time as I had ordered £42 trainers which are alot for a single mum, I bought them on her recommendation that my daughter's shoe size was 6.5 E but the shoes look huge on her I asked her to check she did but you could see she wasn't interested. Sad really but luckily Chippenham is the store I normally use not devices.

My wife had found a pair of sandals online but wasnt sure of her size, so missed out on the online sale and we went in to town. Assistant Lucy was very helpful and pleasant and as my wife's choice wasnt in store, we soon ordered a pair to be delivered to the shop. Just one thing, Lucy quoted us £4.95 for a home delivery on shoes under £100 but online, it states that shoes of £75 and over are delivered for free, so we should have been able to have these delivered to home at no extra cost. Overall, very happy.

Always have quality, up-to-date shoes. Stock half-sizes (so rare to find these days). Can get your feet measured for the correct width size (what a treasure). Staff friendly and very helpful. Go out of their way to help. Exchange not a problem.

Very friendly service. I contacted the store via the phone. I asked about a pair of boots I had seen earlier. They allowed me to put aside a pair of boots for my husband to try on later the same day.
