The service I received from Geoff Laws was second to none. Once I had provided the relevant paperwork and documentation needed to distribute my fathers estate according to his will, and sell his property, all I had to do was relax and do nothing until the finances were promptly deposited into my account. Everything was taken care of, including cancellation of all utility services.I cannot recommend Lambert Taylor & Gregory solicitors Corbridge high enough.

LTG and Caroline Clayton Ridley were instructed by the seller of a property to myself and my partner. Caroline showed complete incompetence throughout and worse so, demonstrated a strong willingness to pass the buck of an incredibly complicated legal title on to us in order to force a sale which clearly wasn’t possible at the time. From ludicrous suggestions such as us renting the property while these complex legal issues were resolved so we could then purchase it to not understanding that a registration with the Land Registry could actually be expedited (among many other things), the whole process was incredibly frustrating and quite frankly, bizarre. Avoid at all costs.

Brilliant solicitors best ever, these will be our go to from now on Caroline Clayton Ridley was so efficient she was just rhe best and I would highly recomend
