Really great value for money. Good quality fabrics, many with fire retardancy (though not registered) and a huge range of choices available. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Wow what a great shop. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The fabrics are amazing. Had some bedroom curtains made they look beautiful. Just picked up my mother in laws curtains, they look so pretty. I don't think you will find such a vast range of fabrics anywhere else and at such a fab price.

Dreadful service. Not willing to help, could see that I had an unhappy toddler with me and we had been waiting for ages as there was only two staff on. I would have just bought anything but they were unwilling to help at all and instead insisted that I look through every roll again after queueing for ages. They have a sign up suggesting that customers should smile but I suggest they give paying customers something to smile about first.

Wide range of choices. Staff was friendly & helpful. But it would be more convenient for the customers if there is more than 1 person to assist us on the shop floor.

The shop is a maze of product the staff can not do enough to help and advise you really pleasant staff 10 out of 10

The worst experience i ever had so far. We went in to this shop to order some cushions covers to be made. We left the foam as a sample, they took measures. They called me few weeks later to collect my covers only to find out that the half of them are not ready. Ok, i agree, mistakes are done. When they called me again to collect the rest of the cushions - guess what, they were wrong size.Shops blaming the makers, makers blaming the shop.They had all they needed and yet everything was wrongly made.And this is an expensive service, they asked me to pay - no any issue, i've paid but 0000 service.DO NO GO TO THIS SHOP!!! BUY MATERIALS AND GO ELSEWHERE.

Amazing place , fabric so cheap, and so much choice , staff were great , so friendly and helpful, the lady from Liverpool down for the day was so friendly, as were all the other staff too
