Was asked to pay via bank transfer as the card machine was broke. When I was transferring the funds, I was putting it to a business account, account doesn't match but thats what this place is, a business, so when I questioned it its gotta b to the personal account. Wud of walked out only my son wanted the milkshake

So! Ordered “luxury” daim cheesecake and this gave you a choice of cream or ice cream, same with the “luxury” chocolate fudge cake!! Both delivered without ice cream and when I contacted YogHut to say the ice cream was missing from the order I was told, and I quote “The ice cream is complimentary” I proceeded to inform her of what was on listed on YogHut (ordered via justeat) and she repeated that “It was complementary and that meant that if they didn’t put it on or it wasn’t available they didn’t send it”I mean for the price of the cheese cake alone which was basically a New York cheese cake, a daim bar broken into pieces and drizzled with a caramel sauce is scandalous to then be informed you didn’t get ice cream as part of the order only as a complementary side is disgraceful and poor customer serviceWon’t be ordering from there again and I would recommend others used dessert deliveries such a Puddos as that is our go to but they are closed to is evening that’s why we ordered from this shoddy establishmentIf I could rate 0 I would

My kids ordered waffles and we were pleasantly surprised how much we got for out money. Had to take doggy bags home! Nice food and also deliver locally, which is good to know for future.

Very disappointing delivery.Chocolate filled crepes are what you buy from Asda and warm up yourself. Chewy and flavourless.Straws for ice blasts are useless after 20 seconds.Forgotten ice cream with waffle which was chewy anyway! Overall poor experience.

Terrible, would not recommend it to anyone unless you wouldn't mind waiting an hour for your food which wasn't even the right order also having bits missing we rang up and the person on the phone was rude and ignorant,she did not believe me when I told her I didn't get everything I ordered.She also said she was not going to do anything about it.Not only that , the food was cold and certainly not worth the cost.We paid £15.50 for a cold waffle and two drinks.Will not be ordering from here again.

Spent £17.50 on 2 (small) cheesecakes with ice cream and a milkshake.Received the wrong milkshake and no ice cream with either cheesecake.This is the 2nd order in a row missing the ice cream, so I decided to get a refund this time.Contacted Just Eat to sort it out. After I was informed I would be refunded, I received a fairly snotty call from the restaurant claiming the ice cream was free. This doesn't change the fact it played a role in my purchasing them, and just a throw-away mumble about receiving the wrong milkshake.Safe to say I won't be ordering again.

Very often go in for a cookie dough of some sort and they never fail lovely friendly staff in there shop is absolutely immaculate really nice place to get your goodies from if you haven't already tried I'd highly recommend
