Wonderful experience.Craggan Mill is a most excellent place to stay in, I had a family of 10 travelling up from England adults, sons and daughters and grandchildren.The Mill is beautifully converted to a high standard with bespoke finishes and did I mention that it is large?Most families who normally live in several households can inadvertently be a cause of friction to one another, our family with strong opinions is no different when thrust together under the one roof, over the course of our weeks stay, the Mill with is layout and large size presented itself as a solution whenever anyone wanted their peace, as the Mill was large and varied enough to accommodate that peace and so, it worked beautifully with the family nucleus, as a result, it was a very smooth and delightful experience.The outdoor space of the property is extremely well thought out, with different spaces for different activities and we used everything bar the pizza oven and barbecue, what a place to relax in!During our stay, we incorporated a birthday party and a wedding to our family holiday, the day of the wedding was glorious sunshine and the water garden with its own stream gave rise to some very lovely photo shoots taken courtesy of a samsung ultra.There is an abundance of activities to pursue on your doorstep in Scotland's adventure capital, from young children through to young adults and the older generation, everything is either a walk or a short drive away from the Mill, you can't go wrong.One of the points to note is that the process from securing the Mill through to staying in the Mill and handing over at the end of the stay is seamless without any issue, Cat and her team are invisible in the most excellent way, it is almost as if the Mill was our own home and the Mill was not a let property, of course, Cat is on hand should any issues arise, I raised one query on how to operate the sauna, which was resolved immediately via text message, that's it.If you choose the Mill, you are in for an amazing experience, the Mill is sublime.God BlessDavid
