This company is so good to deal with!This company is so good to deal with. Staff are always very helpful and really can't seem to do enough for you.It's so different to experience service like this in 2023.Laura F was particularly good today and sent me plenty of information, more than I would have considered asking for but it was exactly what I required.Great customer service. Clean and Efficient way to end contract.Our customer service agent was very helpful and gave efficient and accurate communication about what we were expected to do and what information they required.They arranged an appointment to return the leased vehicle very quickly and outlined the requirements clearly without taking a lot of time.

They wanted me to leave a review so I have. They answer the phone well but then the response time to emails and getting things done isnt very good. If they dont have enough staff to deal with things they should employ more.

Great company to be with.Have a car with them & they have always been great from the start I’ve had no issues touchwood.Fast & efficient service really look after their customers especially as I couldn’t find a car and they happily extended mine so gives me that peace of mind just to look around on my next deal than making a impulsive decision & getting anything.

ALD Autos? Oakwood Autos? Can't find them on Google Maps, can't find them in Companies House search.Dodgy as anything, will say one thing on the phone to you then infer you're lieing when in person. Stock system is clearly bodged, car I looked at had been sat on their lot for longer than they suggest. Flat tyre but told me no issues with MOT... spoke with Sonny, over the phone was all very keen to have me in, in person very defensive about the condition of the car I looked at. His colleague was even worse, outright called me a liar to my face.
