Lovely people,my brother Richard committed suicide and they were so compassionate and helpful

I bring to thems avedence twice and both times it send me home you can see how it's tried to work shame on it that's where taxpayers money goes on sitting and don't do nothing. Congratulations.

Really shocked at the state of the waiting area. When I arrived there were two other people waiting, neither wearing face masks. A third person arrived and had her mask pulled under her nose. Another three people arrived, one of whom, no mask. So including myself there were 7 people in a very small waiting room, no space to social distance, and three of which were not wearing face masks. Whilst I was waiting to be served I noted the waiting room is in a state, torn posters, grim, poorly lit. No hand gel or disposable pens. None of the people without face masks were challenged. The only saving grace was the lady at the counter was lovely and thank fully I was served quite quickly so I could get out of there ASAP. An experience I hope I never have to repeat.

Lying to a pensioner who now has to barricade her front door every night, after being told nothing was seen from local shops footage ( shop has no knowledgeof any visit from the police) . If this is how the police expect folk to trust them then good luck to them. 10 more family members who no longer trust the force. You are a lazy bunch of liars.

Don't waste your time and energy , even if it's your dead loved ones property ( pc Gregory ) don't hold your breathe on getting your things back..

I give them 4 stars, only because they busted into my room early in the morning waking me up. However, the police were very patient and respectful, they even held me very gently to their vehicle and lettting me sit in the back seat instead of the cage in the back! Will deffo get arrested by them again #Woodend

Horrible food that lasts for 10 years.i certainly did not eat any !! The cells are dirty from prisoners spit and finger nails,kept being woke up at night by the night team turning on the bright cell light whilst checking on me or other prisoners headbutting the walls and door and shouting abuse. However I rate this experience as 2 stars because some officers can may take your side into consideration and hurry the process along and offer you drinks. I wouldn't want to go here again .. and there is no toilet seat or loo roll (you have to ask for loo roll)

Racial profiled me, Stole my keys, threatened me, arrested me late in the evening and took me from Birmingham to Coventry just to keep me there overnight over something I didn't do. Also witnessed them attack a CHILD in his cell, I know it's difficult to believe.

Check in is long get asked alot of random questions about your physical and mental health and drug use ? The facilities are rather poor no bath or shower or even a sink to wash your hands. Mattress is paper thin leading to a poor night's sleep and other guests are extremely noisy. However, hot and cold drinks are served throughout your stay and meals also. I recommend the chicken tikka masala.All in all would not stay again.
