Good service all around - survey was very comprehensive, communcation good, installers were very clean and tidy. Only comment was that I was told it would take up to a week and it took less than 2 days. For £3,600 this seemed a lot for 4 'man' days work! I agreed to replaster myslef so pictures represent the work the company did. All round pleased with service, would recommend...

At every stage from survey to completion of the work we have had excellent service. Allerton wasn't the cheapest price but the work was done thoughtfully so that we kept the disruption to a minimum. The staff were courteous and explained what they were doing clearly and without needing to be prompted. Would recommend without hesitation.

A thorough survey was completed after great correspondence. We have been impressed with the level of care and attention to keep our property as clean and well kept as possible during and after the work. Despite it not being the cheapest quote we received, the professionalism has justified our choice.

We have just had Allerton Damp Proofing complete damp proofing work on two of our walls in our living room and we are extremely pleased with both the service and professional work carried out.I was particularly impressed with how hard they worked even wiping and moping up the mess afterwards, including the kitchen floor which is next door to the living room. If I'm honest I get really nervous prior to any workmen coming round as I am quite particular especially on big jobs but from the first morning I felt really comfortable knowing they would do a great job.

Allerton Damp Proofing have just finished work at my house and have done a brilliant job. The whole experience from start to finish was really easy and efficient, from Jordan doing the initial survey all the work was done in under a week. This is despite me discovering I had rotten floorboards in the lounge while moving furniture for the work to be done, which they investigated, quoted for and replaced as well as doing the original work.Kev, Derek and Lloyd were really efficient, professional and tidy and even cleaned up at the end. I'm very happy with the work and won't hesitate to recommend Allerton in future. Thank you.

It was a small job, due to the size of my house, however it was still carried out professionally. The work area was completely protected from dust, including the carpets which was reassuring, and the work was done quickly, and the engineers polite. Small sections of the work area were left slightly dirty afterwards. A bit of dust is understandable, however a small section one of the walls in the front room was left slightly dirty on one side, which requires a repaint again. The skirting boards also need a repaint. Personally, not a massive deal to me as its only a small repaint job, however for others this may be more of an issue. Overall though however i am pleased, and have recommended the company to my parents who have just moved house and have found some damp

Impressed with the level of care taken with regards to protecting carpets and decor. Work carried out efficiently and highly satisfied with the standard of work. Ben and Dom were very polite and courteous, and left the area clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend them.

We had a longstanding pipe leak which lead to some rotten joists in our kitchen ceiling. They replaced a section of the upstairs hallway floor, three joists, treated the remaining joists and replastered the kitchen ceiling. I couldn't find a local builder who was willing to do the work so I looked for a specialist.The only downside was the cost was higher than I would have liked/expected BUT you get what you pay for. Every stage of the process was clearly explained and documents which explained the process were provided and were clear and professional. Everyone arrived when they said they would, the workmen were efficient, the work was done to a high standard and they cleaned up after themselves. I would use them again if the need arose.

Really nice and professional contractors, worked quickly and were tidy. Were accommodating too as there were some unexpected changes to the original plans and communicated these changes well.Could improve on communicating the timescale for the work as this was not discussed with myself in detail prior to the work starting.Overall very happy with the completed work and would recommend this company.
