We have just taken delivery of a new Nissan from Alexanders, not only a great car but also exceptional sales service. In 50 years of buying cars this is by far the best experience I've had. Special thanks to Gerald McInerney who kept me fully informed and updated throughout. Even though we live 30 plus miles away we went with the service package because of the treatment received. If the servicing staff are half as good as the sales team I'll be more than satisfied.

Absolutely fantastic service. Very reliable and trustworthy company. Mark was particulatly kind and patient and we ended up with a fantastic car. Didn't try selling a load of stuff we didn't need like other places and so helpful after the sale. Really delighted and will use again.

Booked in for service, recall and minor fault.All sorted at one visit, friendly staff the technician was knowledgeable and listened to my problems with the car.Don't know if I liked the service area with the team in offices looking through windows would have preferred a more open environment.Graham

Only popped in to have a look at the new juke and came out having bought one, Marc was fantastic determined to get me a good deal, he was friendly, attentive and was able to answer all my questions. Great experience will definitely deal with him again super service.

Went to York store to get a new car. Mark met with us and helped us get a new car which only took 6 days in which Mark came to pick myself up so I could pick up the new car. He was amazing really helped us and didn't try to sell us extras like most garages. Can't recommend enough.
