Visiting Family so booked a table for Sunday. The Roast was great value for money and cooked perfectly. Seems popular with the locals, great service, friendly and helpful. Nice ambience to the place. Will book again for sure.

Fantastic. Went for New Year's Day 5 course meal it was great. Fantastic value for money and really enjoyable, food great service good. We weren't rushed, which was a good job, because with the portion sizes you wouldn't have managed it. Great job Glen.

Had 6 Sunday dinner good meal but not alot of meat to say gone up. One slice lamb. Had to wait for gravy. My partner said potatoes roasted were cold but he ate them. Would return but portion meat less. Overall good meal. Excellent pudding lemon meringue lovely.

I have dropped in for a sandwich for lunch. The BLT at £4.25 was very good: substantial, nice bacon, lots of salad. Would have been better on something other than steam baked white bread. A very nice pint of Timothy Taylor Bolt maker" to wash it down. Pleasant staff."

Really excellent pub in Melbourne DerbyRibs to die for. Steak pie amazing. Portions really generous, quality great, very good value and lovely staff.

Nice village pub in a lovely village with ample parking nearby. Good selection of beers and cider.Very dog friendly so big thumbs up.Would have given it another star BUT kitchen closes at 8pm! I guess last food orders being 7:30 ish so was unable to sample interesting menu.

I had the most amazing Sunday lunch with my parents today. Our usual pub was fully booked so we thought we would try here and what an absolute gem of a place it was. The service was fantastic and the food simply gorgeous and very reasonably priced. I cannot fault this place and we will most definitely be back again.
