avoid this place at all cost. deserves -X review

i backed their indigogo campaing thinking that i am supporting a start up with innovative ideas and creation. in the beginning, they have promised the moon and the stars and portrayed that they have a lot of experience in the industry. not only did the bikes arrived 6months late than what they promised but the bikes arrived with faults (one has deep scratches even though the bike is wrapped when it arrived and the other one has a crooked rotor on the front brake). to make matter worse, their bikes are not one of a kind as the bikes are mass produced in China. a local bike company in Australia had actually stock these bikes and they have them 4months earlier than electripbikes. the whole experience is a nightmare as i had to follow up with their partners here in Australia daily so my bikes can be released from customs.never again!
