Very poor service I have been with nationwide for 15 years and always deposit my money through the bank teller although now I am being told to put it through the cashing machine no wonder banks are closing I will be changing to a friendlier branch in future disappointed

Visited this branch Thursday 8th September! Was served by Maxine. My reason for visiting this branch was to re - new my ISA! Was unsure about re investing. Maxine's knowledge of ISA,S was second to none. She guided me through the process with such ease and professionalism I had complete confidence in her advice. Never seem to stick to the advertised opening hours.Advertised as open on company website but doors are locked with a hastily typed note taped to the door apologising for it being shut.This happens a lot, sometimes it's an hour at a time, sometimes the entire day.Closing my accounts.

On behalf of my mother:Used this branch today, waited in a long queue as it's only one person at a time allowed in. Pulled on my mask, used sanitiser. Put my book under the PPE screen and asked to close my account. There was traffic noise, music in the background and the teller wearing a mask. I didn't hear what she asked and moved forward slightly, she shouted for me to get on the red line and move my mask up more. She was very rude. Her colleague had hers hooked around one ear only and nothing was said. Won't be visiting that branch again, gladly.Awful experience.

Service is Dalkeith branchembarrassing. And its not first time for me there .The lady named Donna or Diana is very rude. Today at about 9.15 am I was asked to print the statment for the whole year. The lady commented that so much work I brings to her. She printed this with angrer ,and when I noticed that is wrong she in a very rude way started talking to me. When she printed for the second time, also wrong , I left this branch. This lady is acting like she's working there as a punishment. Her behavior was degrading to me. Avoid this place !
