didn’t start nails for another 40 mins after the appointment, me and my friend went and had to keep swapping over as there was not enough space even though we had booked, letting walk-ins go first and the guy left half way through to get domino’s pizza even though we reminded them we had somewhere to be! Would not go back even though the finished nails were ok.

They were unbelievably busy, my appointment was 45 minutes late and even though they were still busy and probably fully booked with appointments they were still accepting walk-ins!The nails they gave me are thick and uneven, some are even different lengths! I felt like they were rushed and payed very little attention to getting them atleast semi-decent! For the amount it costs these are a huge let down!I've attatched pictures of my nails for reference.Do not recommend, will not be going back here!

good service, prices are more than reasonable, but a couple times i’ve been nicked/cut by the nail tech without care or concern, usually just met with a green solution which burns for the next few days.

Every time I go there I have to wait but then that means they’re good so I don’t mind! Bit confused with the prices they charge but I’m happy with their service overall

I've been to star nails a few times now and I'm really impressed. The last set of sns lasted about 8 weeks thanks to lock down before I had it taken off. And my christmas nails look amazing! Highly recommend.

I had an appointment for 11:30, they did not start my nails for 45 minutes after. I told them several times I only wanted normal paint, one of the three men I had do my nails gave me gel despite him asking just before if I wanted gel and I said no. Yet they still tried to charge me for gel! My fingers and toes are two different shades even though I asked if it was the same bottle he said yes! I would not waste your time at this nail bar

I made my nails there with gel and after a few days few of them started to peel off. BUT after i call them and tell them what happend, they were very nice and re-done them for me the very same day.I'm very gratefull for that. Thank you.

Worst nail salon in BerkshireHad an appointment for 1:30, they started my nails at 2:05. 1hr 30 later they finally finished a simple white tip. Finish was awful and patchy. When I said I wasnt happy they argued with me for a good 5 minutes and would only offer a £5 discount. Please don’t waste your time I wish I didn’t.
