Very attractive golf course with a variety of interesting, and testing, parkland holes. Good views and well presented. Friendly staff. Very close to the M6 motorway.

This is one hidden gem of a course. The course layout and sculpture just add to the scenery and tranquil atmosphere of the course. The greens are some of the best I’ve seen even in adverse conditions. I would recommend this course to any keen golfer. Steve in the pro shop was brilliant and friendly and I even got chatting to a lady member who was very welcoming and lovely to speak too. Can’t wait to go back here again. It really has given me food for thought on where I take a membership

Do not play this awful golf course took 54 mins to play 3 holes, as tee where backed up waiting 5 mins to hit shots course boggy as hell absolute shambles. Told the shop didn’t even offer money back.

Gathurst Golf Club.
We visited Tuesday 16/05 and had a fantastic day. Course was in superb condition, weather was lovely and everyone at the club made us feel very welcome. Food before was excellent and the Hot Pot pie after golf was extremely tasty. Thanks to all at the club and a special mention to Michelle in the office, nothing was too much trouble for her.

Went on a wet winter’s day.Quite soggy and muddy.Not terribly impressed.Cost was £35 which I thought was expensive for what the course was.A friendly welcome from the pro though and bacon butties were available so not all bad.

Terrible !! Yeah nice course, but the welcome and the way treated was disgusting. Nosey unwelcoming members who can't mind there own business, and the pro in the property shop just as unwelcoming! Ruined our day from the start in the car park to the end!
