All-round great vetinary centre. All the staff were friendly. The vet was very helpful and informative when asked questions and discussing options, they were also efficient but gentle when dealing with my cat. Would definitely recommend using them for annual check-ups and vaccinations.

the staff at VETS 4 PETS Bridgemead Swindon, are very friendly and knowledgeable. They really have compassion for your pet and make you feel that any treatment they give is necessary. They take the time to answer your questions and don't make you feel rushed or uncomfortable if you ask questions. My dog is young and very nervous but he sits straight on the table and allows the vet to examine him. The idea that my vet is close by in an informal setting within my pet store is ideal and it creates a better atmosphere for your pet. My dog loves wandering around the store while we wait as this calms him before seeing the vets. Everyone from the receptionists to the nurses and vets are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The fees are very reasonable too. Give them a try you won't be sorry

Hayley, the receptionist is always helpful, polite, professional and efficient. Can’t fault her.Karen, the nurse always comes to make a fuss of my two dogs. They love her.Unfortunately I did catch the vet’s name but she’s always friendly and fully explains what she needs to do and gives options

The staff are very aware of my pup's issues with other dogs and always make sure both Ian, my pup, and any other clients (cats or dogs) are well looked after. The vet also knows Ian and is very good with him, all the better now I can go in with him (post covid)

Wonderful staff and facilities. I took my dog to our local vets for years but when he needed treatment that the insurance wouldn't cover I had to find an alternative as the costs were just too high. So glad I did. The staff are so caring and can't do enough for you and your pet. I was so impressed that they got all of my dogs medical history from the previous vet and had actually read it before he had his first check ( more than your average GP does) . The charges are very reasonable in comparison to a traditional vet and the pet plans make the care of an older dog , particularly, much more affordable. Can't fault them

After a couple of bad experiences with a previous veterinary surgery I absolutely cannot fault Vets4Pets. Always very gentle and calming with my cat, excellent advice and always very attentive to his needs. Thank you for your excellent service.

Wonderful staff and great facilities. My 9 year old Boxer was having problems, it was like he was trying to scratch his tummy constantly so his leg was cycling" all the time. After an initial consultation it was suggested that we try acupuncture - what an amazing result!!! Tanya was incredible with him
