If you are a domestic customer, give them a wide berth. I have used them for two years and all was fine until yesterday. I had been generally happy with the standard of the the windows, but not always the cils, particularly the top ones.They use a pole system and so cannot see whether the cils are clean.I had received my usual text on Wednesday notifying me of the clean on Thursday. I sent a text back yesterday morning asking them to make sure the main bedroom cil was cleaned as it was black. This is the text I received back yesterday afternoon:Sorry we won't have time to clean your windows today.Super busy with large and commercial properties & we have to cut back on the smaller residential properties.I will remove you from our billing system. Please cancel the DD from your end also.All the best for the future
