Dulux Decorator Centre
I was advised to go here as I required a particular type of tile paint. However the person working in the shop didn't look up from his computer when we walked in. I started to look around the shop to see if I could find this paint but to no avail. I then ask the assistant where this paint was. His reply was it's over there. I suppose I should have been grateful as he actually took his eyes from his computer. I would not recommend this shop as the assistant on that particular day obviously did not want to be there and wasn't helpful. Shame really, but one other thing, the prices in this shop were high compared to your run of the mill B & Q! You have been warned.

Went today to Paignton store to find certain type of paint. Never in my life have I come across such an unhelpful member of staff. Just stood behind counter without engaging with us, seemed reluctant to answer our questions or help in any way. Felt like we were disturbing his day. Never felt so unwelcome, would not buy from here on principal. Terrible.

Wonderful service and extremely fantastic customer care, one female member of staff in particular! I spent 34 years in retail and today this particular member of staff went beyond her customer care training so a very well deserved applause goes to her. Went to this store on Wednesday to look for paint. I have just retired after working my whole life, and had been allocated a voucher to decorate my home. Never had anything given to me for free so I was extremely grateful for the gift from my housing provider. I have never felt so unwelcome in my life, was made to feel very uncomfortable. I asked lots of questions as I had no idea how this voucher scheme worked. I would not recommend this store to anyone. I went to the Newton Abbot Dulux Centre instead. What a difference the staff make..
