When you are travelling, one of the most frustrating things is finding somewhere convenient to do laundry. Staying nearby in South Kensington this was a conveniently located laundromat. Each time we visited there wasn't anyone working there and on two occasions there was an alarm sounding the entire time. There was no phone number to call and the only advice was to ask the person working in the convenience store next door to call the owner - something he wasn't prepared to do. There was always washing machines and dryers available when we needed them but noted that most of the machines had out of order" signs on them. If there was another option close by we probably would have tried that but this was all we could find. At the end of the day

Arrived just before 9 AM, cash in hand. Nobody on the premises, half the machines out of order. Including the soap dispenser! Waited until nearly 9:15 (15 minutes past when the attendant was due to arrive) because all I needed was a bit of laundry soap and I wasn't about to buy a whole box for one load. So I went somewhere else.While I was at BoBo's, I saw one of the machines eat another person's coin. No one around for a refund. Really an odd business model to be so terrible at the one service you provide.

At the hotel down the road. Attendant was super nice. Very helpful with coin and which washer to use. Definitely recommend this place. 6 to 8 pounds per wash. Dryer is 1 pound for 10 mins.

Surprised by low rating. Was staying at a nearby hotel and had to do a load of laundry to get us through the rest of our trip. This is just what we needed! If the laundry doesn’t happen to be staffed when you arrive, the convenience store next door will make change for you if you purchase something. He even had individual laundry soap pods for sale!

Rude lady behind the desk. Prepare your own coin before coming to this laundromat. The machine ate £7 when it says £6. With £3 spent on the dryer the cloth is still a bit wet.

30% of the machines were out of service. The was a guy there to do collection and he was not helpful at all. Pls come prepare with 1 GDP coin and also your own detergent. Or you can buy the detergent cube from the small convenient shop next door.

Don’t trust your cloth to women that work there. She ruin my cloth and I pay for this, omg. So sadSecond problem that 60 percent of washing and drying machines don't work!!! You have to wait in line to use the car. this is terrible!!!!!!

Essential info:- cash (coin) only. ATM outside, able to exchange for coins inside.- I did a large wash which needed 40 mins of drying and had to purchase detergent. Total cost for wash and dry was £10Overall great experience. Cheapest in the area and there is a very helpful and friendly lady at the main desk. Would recommend.

Decent launderette usually, but last few months a marked decline. Half or more of the driers don't work, and no prospect of repair. Yes, they are ten grand a piece to replace, but that's the business you've chosen. Even worse, I now find there has been no hot water for months, the boiler is on the blink, and the two ladies who work there were told to take down the sign they put up to that effect. So, fine if you just want a cold wash for your clothes, but everone else forget it. A shame, as the prices were reasonable, and this area isn't exactly overflowing with alternatives, but if the owner doesn't have any intention of either fixing the boiler or the majority of the driers, then perhaps he's in the wrong business!
