We went for a coffee on Sunday. Lovely atmosphere, good service. Coffee was better than average on Canterbury, imho; panini was good, and interesting selection of pastries (We had kunefe). Would go again.

Decided to try The Snuggery as the interior looked clean and comfortable and the menu reasonable. Ordered the mushroom and tender chicken soup and a tuna melt panini. The panini was OK but very small and with no garnish. The soup, which I presumed would be homemade, was very definitely not and was suspiciously similar to Heinz cream of chicken. This was extremely disappointing and sadly left me feeling robbed - I think it was £6 for a tin of soup and a slice of toast. Such a shame as the cafe looks lovely but just didn't deliver. If you're serving ready made tinned soup, be honest about it.

The best place to take your laptop and work from, whilst enjoying coffees and cakes.

Had to ask for milk and sugar after the coffee arrived. Then we had a 20 minute wait for tinned soup to arrive. People that arrived after us received eggs on toast & heated panninis before our food arrived. Not impressed. Will not recommend or return.

Lovely, friendly coffee shop with a warm and cosy atmosphere. My toddler and I enjoyed a delicious rocky road. Will definitely be back :)

Had baklava, kataifi(might not get the same name in the shop but similar I assume) and cappuccino, which are amazing. My friend got a chocolate cake, and it’s pleasant for sure.Like the vibe and pastry here. If I have to choose a word to describe it, I will say relaxed. A good place to spend time with friends.

Clean environment, great customer service I went in with my little girl in a pram and took me a while to get through the front door on my own but the lady up front was so patient. The food was great I got it from the app too good too go and the costumer service was brilliant she was so sweet.

Might have just visited at the wrong time but this is probably the worst coffee I’ve ever had in Canterbury. The milk frothing was horrendous and even friend’s hot chocolate was more water than chocolate. Not planning on coming back, sadly. The atmosphere was cozy and staff very friendly. There is also a wide variety of cakes and pastries. Can’t complain in that regard.
