Absolutely awful , I really would not use this company , practically brand new pump has broken reported 26th august , not one phone call of apology and still not repaired or a date of when they will come and mend it .

I have dealt with this company on three occasions and each time they have been brilliant, helpful and very quick, yesterday they received my pool cleaner for repair it was repaired and tested by the evening and on the way back to me for Friday, who could ask for anything better. Thank you everyone at Lighthouse.
