Old Paradise Gardens
Lovely quiet park, but also very close to Westminster and central London. 5-10 minutes walk from Westminster station and about the same amount of time from other public transport. The park has a water feature that runs in the summer, a small kids play park and numerous benches and other places to sit. I wouldn't say it's ball game friendly as the park is quite small but also hilly and bumpy giving it not much flat space to play on. (Will post photos on next visit)

Old Paradise Gardens
Beautiful and tranquil hidden gem. Has a wee playground, mature trees, ornate green iron gates were installed in 2013 along with a lovely brick design water feature. Dog friendly.Originally owned by Lambeth Palace it was given to the people of the village of Lambeth in the 16th century as a graveyard and consecrated in 1705, in connection to St Mary at Lambeth (now the Garden Museum). By 1853 it was closed as a cemetery. In 1884 the gravestones were removed and made into it's perimeter walls (which are now grade two listed) and it became a public garden space. In close proximity to Lambeth Palace, The Garden Museum, Archbishop's Park, Albert Embankment, The River Thames, Lambeth Bridge and Westminster Bridge, Victoria Tower Gardens, South Bank and Vauxhall City Farm.Nearest tube stations are Lambeth North and Westminster

Good place to take the dog since it's usually pretty empty in winter.

Old Paradise Gardens
A nice little park that is dog friendly. It has a small children's park and a bit of greenery to run around on. There are plenty of seats available.
