Had a plate compactor booked for a short hire. Pick up this morning. No one turned up to open up. We waited for 30 minutes past opening time. Plenty of other folk turned up to pick up/drop off tools but still closed. There was no answer on phones. We gave up and went to jewsons, where it was excellent customer service.
