The pool was opened 40 years ago funded by: The Sports Council, Manpower Services, Torbay Council, Swim Torquay Support Group fundraising efforts.

Great pool and never too crowded. My son is just learning to swim and he loves coming here. The staff are polite and courteous, and the facilities are adequate and pretty clean for a small swimming pool. Could use some updating, but that goes for most of the pools in Torquay.

Lovely swimming. Good prices. Need to check on line prior to it you can use it as many classes and school lessons there! Great place to take your family fir activ weekend days.lovely instructors teaching all ages groups. While waiting for your child you can read a book from the local library self service _ public donations:) if you" hooked on the book you can purchase it for £1. 00 easy parking free for swimming pool users.refrubished changing rooms ."

Lovely quiet pool without the crazy prices. Lucy is an excellent manager and my daughter has loved her 1 to 1 swimming lessons with both Lucy and Becky
