Aro Fitness KickBoxing & Martial Arts Selsey

Would absolutely recommend ARO Kickboxing! My son and daughter and myself all attend. My son started nearly 3 years ago and has some learning and physical delays and it has helped so much with his confidence, listening and his gross motor skills. Lee and the team are so patient and adaptable. My son really enjoys his sessions and comes out proud of his achievements. He is so enthusiastic that his 3yr old sister also wanted to join and she is growing in her confidence to and enjoys it every week! Looking for a new challenge and something I had never done before I decided to try kickboxing after seeing my kids do it and I am also hooked. I have not had one class I have not come out buzzing from. The ARO team make it fun and enjoyable but you can also see your progress each week and everyone in the classes are so encouraging and welcoming.

My kids really enjoy their classes with Lee and Bea and always really look forward to going. They're so great with the kids and make each experience as fun as possible! It's always a proud moment seeing the progress my children make with each lesson.
