I was a late starter to CKD I wish I had known about it earlier now at 71 it keeps my brain and body active, thanks to the wonderful coaches at Southampton would recommend it to all ages they are patient, caring and so helpful!

I really enjoy CKD - the classes are well-structured and enjoyable to be a part of. The teaching is excellent, with tailoring to every age and capability. Would definitely recommend going along to the classes and having a go.
