If it was up to me I wouldn’t even give them a star.Terrible experience I have only had my nails done a week now (acrylics) and the day after my treatment one fell off.I went back to get it fixed and then the following day 3 nails went. You are 100% better off going to Tesco’s, Morrison’s, Asda, Sainsbury or any local supermarket to buy stick on nails ... at least you’ll be able to take more time and consideration into your nails & atleast the nail will actually be painted properly.Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Plus its absolutely freezing in the store, very uncomfortable when getting your toes done and the service isn’t great at all (staff members are really unprofessional and they don’t really engage with you as a customer).Not too sure about the other stores but the Kilmarnock one is definite miss!

i got my nails done and absolutely loved it thank you so much Sarah we had a great talk aswell.. but the girl who took my nail polish off didnt even say a word looked so rude and was unprofessional.. didnt say Hi thank you super awkward.

Have always had a good experience in this shop,very helpful. Can have many treatments in the same place.Nothing a bother.

Really good loved the staff and the girl that did my hair was so good it was for my Weight lifting competition and The Dutch breads Stayed in really well

Take my grandaughterz here for there pamper sessions.they love it staff always friendly . And good with the kids. I'd recommend

Booked the kids pamper session for my girl and her friend.Brilliant!For £10 each they got hair curled, hair glitter, nails painted and glittered and tattoos.They felt so grown up as the staff asked them what they wanted and were really good with them.A great value treat. I'll be booking again as my girl felt so special and grown up.
